1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files that a website stores in your browser. We also use similar technologies, such as local storage, and we refer to all of them as “cookies” in this policy. This policy should be read with our privacy policy.
2. Your choice
When you first visit, a banner asks whether you accept or reject cookies that are not strictly necessary. Accept and Reject are given equal prominence. Nothing other than strictly necessary storage is used until you choose, and if you reject, analytics and session replay do not load.
You can change your mind at any time. Select Cookie settings in the footer of any page to review your choice, and withdraw or give consent. Your browser settings can also block or delete cookies, but parts of the site may then not work as intended.
3. Categories we use
Strictly necessary
These make the website work and remember your cookie choice. They do not need consent. They store only your choice, and no personal profile is built from them.
Analytics: Google Analytics 4
Google Analytics 4 counts visits and shows which pages are useful, using a random identifier. It loads through Google Consent Mode, so measurement follows your choice. Used only with your consent.
Session replay: Microsoft Clarity
Clarity records how visitors interact with pages (clicks, scrolling, movement) as anonymised replays and heatmaps, so we can find confusing parts of the site. We mask form fields. Used only with your consent.
Security: Google reCAPTCHA v3
reCAPTCHA protects our demo-request form from spam and abuse. It loads on pages with the form and uses information such as your IP address and interactions with the page to tell people from bots. Because it protects the form you ask us to submit, it is treated as part of our legitimate security interest, and Google’s own privacy policy and terms apply to the data it collects.

5. Third parties
Google and Microsoft may process data collected by their cookies under their own privacy policies, in addition to acting as our processors. Some of this processing may take place outside your country. See the privacy policy, section 5, for how we protect international transfers.
6. Changes and contact
We may update this policy when our cookies or tools change; the date at the top shows the latest version. Questions: contact@allsoft.co, or write to Allsoft Consulting Private Limited, Office 408, Fourth Floor, Magneto Offizo, G E Road, Raipur, Chhattisgarh, India.
